In early July, the senior engineers team from Shenzhen Xinkailai Technology Co., Ltd. visited StarTest Electronics to conduct in-depth exchanges on key image acquisition and processing technologies in semiconductor wafer metrology. This visit marks the first on-site inspection after the initial docking between the two parties in June this year, signifying that the cooperation has entered a substantive advancement stage.

During the exchange, both parties focused on core topics such as high-speed image transmission, real-time processing and system integration under high-precision metrology scenarios, and fully discussed the technical challenges and breakthrough paths faced by current domestic semiconductor equipment in advanced process inspection.

The 100G CoaXPress over Fiber high-speed image transmission solution independently developed by StarTest Electronics has been successfully applied to the core metrology equipment of many leading domestic semiconductor equipment manufacturers.
